The companies Industrias Arruti, Arruti Subestaciones, Arruti Aleaciones and Arruti Qingdao, included within the Arruti Group, have been fully acquired by the energy business area of ​​Addtech Group. The agreement took place last Friday, June 3, 2022 in Bilbao.

The multinational with headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, places all of our companies in a position of strength to face all the challenges that may arise in the future with even more guarantees.

It is a strategic decision to face the conditions of the current markets and the size that the Group was reaching. The agreement with Addtech has been possible due to the similarity in the understanding of the business and the way of seeing the work.

The continuity of the business and the possibility of new opportunities is covered by this agreement. Addtech is a multinational with more than 140 independent companies, which creates optimal conditions for the profitability and growth of its companies, with extensive experience of more than 100 years.

The management and all the employees, we greatly appreciate all these years of leadership to the Arruti Family and we welcome the Team of the Swedish multinational.

Last year the FISE fair to be held in November 2021 was postponed to April 2022 due to the pandemic.

Arruti Group has participated in the international exhibition ENERGETAB held in Bielkso-Biala during the 15th, 16th and 17th of September. ENERGETAB is considered as one of the most prestigious exhibitions in Europe, where we had the opportunity to introduce our company in collaboration with our local representative. The great reception received strengthens Arruti Group?s position as key supplier in the European market.

The fair "Middle East Electricity" held a new edition at the "Dubai International Exhibition Center" the 2th and 4th March. It has been the sixth year running that Arruti Group has come as an exhibitor. The MEE is one of the most important meeting points for companies in the energy sector, with whom we had the opportunity to share impressions of different markets and projects where we are involved in. The warm welcome received reinforces our clear export orientation.

The international exhibition "MEE Middle East Electricity" has celebrated a new edition at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre between the 11th and 13th of February, where we had the chance to meet the latest innovations in the electric and electronic field.
The "MEE Middle East Electricity" is considered as the most important exhibition for Energy/Power, Lighting, Nuclear and Renewable Energy sectors.
ARRUTI GROUP took part as exhibitor in the Spanish section with other national companies.

ARRUTI GROUP has participated in the international exhibition ?Middle East Electricity? held last February in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). It has been the fourth year running that we have come as exhibitors and similar to previous years, it has been a great success. Among those attending the show we met people and companies from the Gulf countries with whom we had the opportunity to exchange views of different markets.

ARRUTI GROUP was invited to participate one more time on the Electrical Exhibition at Tampere held at 30 and 31 January 2013. This trade show is the most important event for T&D Industry in Finland, where the most important companies within the sector take part. ARRUTI GROUP comes again from the hand of ENERGEL OY, the group?s distributor for Finland as well as other countries in the Baltic region.

The 22nd january 2013 a technical seminar was held at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Casablanca. Among the hundred guests ONEE engineers from the whole kingdom and the main overhead line and substation contractors in Morocco. The day ended with a lunch for all conference participants. It was a success for the warm welcome and high audience participation in the exchange of ideas.

The MEE Middle East Electricity 2013 fair, holds this year a new edition in the fairgrounds facilities of Dubai International Exhibition Centre, between the next 17 and 19 of February 2013. In this show we could see the latest from the world of electricity and electronics.

In the 2012 edition included more than 1000 exhibitors from 55 countries with a total area of over 46,000 m2 and more than 15,000 visitors. More and more visitors come to this meeting, considered the most important for the electrical world, and in sectors such as Energy / Power, Lighting, Nuclear Energy and Renewables.

ARRUTI GROUP is exhibiting at this year in the Spanish pavilion, together with other national-industry companies.

Last August was held in Paris the 44th edition of the CIGRÉ Sessions. Bringing together more than 3,000 experts and specialists in the energy industry worldwide, to improve their knowledge and discuss new developments and innovations.
